Although Freelancer Projects has been launched to demonstrate the script, it is a live site for Project Managers to get quotes for their projects from potentially hundreds of Developers, enabling them to choose the Developer they feel can provide the best service and the best price.<p>
For the Developer this enables them to find projects on offer that best suit their skills and bid a price for the service they are offering.<p>
<h3>How it works</h3>
<ul><li>The Project Manager <a href=http://freelancerprojects.cgiscripts4u.com/cgi-bin/members.cgi?new=project>Creates a Project</a> <b>(No Charge unless it is a <a href=featured.html>Featured</a> project)</b><li>Developers then place bids on the project<li>The Project Manager then selects the bid and Developer they feel offers the best value for money for the project.<li>The Developer accepts or denies the project</ul>
When a Developer accepts the project they will start work on it and when complete you can each leave each other feedback. When and how the payment is made is decided by the parties involved, Freelancer Projects does offer an <a href=escrow.html>Escrow Service</a> which many members prefer to use.<p>
Registration to Freelancer Projects is <b>Free</b> and as a bonus <b>we give you $3</b> into your Freelancer Projects account to help pay for that first project.<p>
